  • The first session is a full day of training focused on the single most important skill you need to grow your lifelong donors. You'll leave with exercises to practice, in the real world, with board members, donors, volunteers and other staff. Immediately you'll apply what you've learned and quickly see dramatic results.

  • The second session, about six weeks later, is two days long. We'll begins with personal coaching and review of your successes and challenges to date. After a thorough review we'll dig deeper to uncover all the resources in your relationships with supporters. These will help you successfully build your Partnership Council.
